James “Jimmy” Howe founded Know-Howe Consulting Partners after more than 25 years in financial services and franchising, much of it spanning the financial and legal fields. As a franchise and business development manager at Annex Brands and later a franchise development consultant for Motto Mortgage, a RE/MAX Holdings company, he worked side by side with business owners on operations, growth, compliance, and financial performance, including more than 70 mortgage brokerage offices. He also spent more than 15 years in the structured settlement industry. Today he helps small business owners and self-employed professionals in any industry build clear plans, simple systems, and steady growth.

As a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2231116, sponsored by ERS Nationwide Incorporated, NMLS #979693), Jimmy helps homebuyers look beyond the rate to find the loan that best fits their long-term goals. Drawing on his years in the settlement industry, he also works with people who receive structured settlement payments, shopping their future payments across multiple funding sources to find the transfer agreement that best meets their needs. Originally from Jamaica, Jimmy now calls Colorado home. When he's not working, he spends his time snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking.
